If you’ve seen Coldplay on the new i-Tunes commercial then you know about their new song “Viva La Vida.” A band called Creaky Boards is accusing Coldplay of plagiarism saying that Chris Martin used their song “The Songs I didn’t Write.” The video points out the similarities in the songs, but Coldplay’s reps think differently.
